Villa Matisse is set in 700sqm of private walled gardens with lemon and orange trees and young palms. The large patio shaded by the pagola is ideal for alfresco dinning or simply shading yourself from the sun. The spectacular mosaic pool is 40sqm and is easily accessed by large steps. The pool is maintained by our local pool company.
EntranceAs you enter villa matisse the large hallway with its ceramic tiling and marble staircase is lit by two floor to roof windows.
KitchenFully fitted kitchen with marble work tops, coffee perculator, water cooler, a washing machine for your convenience and a large fridge freezer.
Dinning AreaSpacious open planned dinning room with large extendable table with seating for up to eight people.
LoungeTastefully furnished, two large sofas, television with satellite TV, DVD player music sound system and air conditioning. Large double patio doors lead out onto our large shaded terrace and patio that over looks the garden and swimming pool.
BathroomsDownstairs bathroom has a shower cubicle and washbasin. The upstairs bathroom has a Jacuzzi corner bath with shower attachment, WC and wash basin.
Master BedroomFabulous views of open fields and the Baba Dag Mountains, pool and garden. Double bed with storage, matching bedroom suite, vaulted ceiling, traditional ceramic floors, air conditioning. Large window, double patio doors leading to balcony with seating.

OutsideIn the morning why not have breakfast on our shaded terrace with its patio table and chairs with cushions, while enjoying the scenery and tranquility of our garden for a perfect start to your day. We have sun loungers and parasols around the pool side for those nice sunny relaxing days by the pool. In the evening we hope you will take the opportunity to use our Australian gas barbecue, which is great for al fresco dining around the pool with that lovely chilled glass of wine.
